- Why you must follow up every time and why that is a powerful strategy
- How to use coaching to support children who struggle to follow the rules
There is a Q and A with students from Birmingham University in the UK where we talk frankly about consequences, difficult situations, being unshockable, rational Matrix-like responses and why phone calls are the best strategy.
